At Kraft World Malta, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Period

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all original packaging and tags.

• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you can:

• Visit our shop in person, or

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

• A return shipping label (if applicable)

• Instructions on how and where to send your item

Please note: If your country of residence is not Malta, return shipping may take longer.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged

• You receive the wrong item

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

• Return the item you have

• Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest processing.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (cash or other) within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for banks or payment providers to process and post the refund.
